Baballs Ice Cream and Coffee Shoppe has opened in the location previously occupied by Kathleen’s Tea Room at 188 St. John Road, Fletcher, NC 28732.
Looks like they don’t have a website, but do have a Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/baabals).
This is how they describe their venture:
“Family owned and operated business. Come try our premium ice creams, coffees, and homemade desserts, while sitting by a cozy fire, or outside on our wrap-around porch. WIFI is available for all customers.”
Haven’t been inside yet, just peeked in the windows during off hours. The ice cream is Hershey’s (which is good) and I didn’t see an espresso machine, but the place is cozy and if I can work on my laptop while snacking on fresh-baked desserts and good coffee, you’ll know where to find me when I’m in Fletcher!
