euphoria kicks off the ticket launch for their 11th food, wine + music festival on April 23rd from 4pm to 7pm in their new home – Downtown Greenville’s scenic baseball stadium – with a party at the 500 Club at The Greenville Drive’s Fluor Field!
Tailgate with Chef Clark Barlowe of Heirloom Restaurant in Charlotte, NC, who will return September 22nd – 25th for #euphoria2016. Barlowe – one of North Carolina’s rising chefs – appeared on The Food Network’s Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. Bacon Bros. Public House, Caviar Bananas, Hall’s Chophouse, Southern Pressed Juicery, Soby’s New South Cuisine, Nard’s Backyard BBQ and more Greenville chefs will join Barlowe with their outstanding game day snacks, alongside Stella Artois, Firefly Distillery, Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Larceny Bourbon. Guests will enjoy live music from The Erica Berg Collective and a first-rate view of euphoria’s new home base.

euphoria has a new look + feel for its 11th food, wine + music festival! Signature events remain, but many new events and locations have been added, spotlighting even more nationally acclaimed talent than ever before. This year, euphoria’s emphasis is on intimate culinary, musical and learning experiences celebrating the South – from a front row seat with pitmasters to a food truck rodeo with America’s Got Talent’s Benton Blount.
Our one-night-only MICHELIN-starred dinner is back! Three star MICHELIN Chef and Owner Chef Curtis Duffy of Grace in Chicago, Illinois returns, and will be joined by two additional Michelin-starred chefs. Stay tuned for this announcement in the coming months!
Guest Chef Takeovers will feature James Beard Foundation 2016 Finalist Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery in New Orleans, LA; SC native Suzanne Cupps, Chef de Cuisine of Untitled restaurant in the Whitney Museum of American Art in NYC; Craig Diehl of Artisan Meat Share in Charleston, SC; Mattie Beason and John Eisensmith from the new Black Twig Cider House in Durham, NC; and Chef and The Farmer and PBS’s “A Chef’s Life’s” Vivian Howard.
Friday’s Taste of the South in Greenville’s Wyche Pavillion will spotlight chefs from every corner of the South, including Top Chefs’ Kenny Gilbert from Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen in Jacksonville, Justin Burdett from Asheville’s Local Provisions, Nate Whiting from Charleston’s 492, Alex Harrell from Angeline in New Orleans, Erik Niel of Easy Bistro & Bar in Chatanooga, and James Beard Foundation 2012 winner “Best Chef: South” Chris Hastings of Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham, AL, to name a few.
Sunday’s Brunch – FIRED UP! – brings the South’s finest barbecue to the heart of Greenville. Go behind-the-scenes with pitmasters at their smokers and experience it all – from whole hog barbecue to beef brisket. Look for NC’s Sam Jones of Skylight Inn BBQ and Sam Jones BBQ, Rodney Scott of Scott’s BBQ, PICNIC’s Wyatt Dickson, Elliott Moss from Buxton Hall Barbecue, Aaron Siegel of Home Team BBQ, and John Lewis of Lewis Barbecue.
euphoria’s 2nd annual kids cooking competition – Healthy Lunchtime Throwdown – is already underway! This year, kids ages 13-16 are invited to participate in addition to kids ages 8-12. The finalists will once again compete at a family-friendly event on Sunday, September 25th with Michelin chefs as their sous-chefs; the winning dish will be incorporated into all Greenville County Schools. Judges from LiveWell Greenville, Mill Village Farms and Cooking Light return this year!
Don’t fret, you can do it all this year. VIP and Sporting experiences are now offered throughout the festival so that guests may attend every single experience euphoria offers – from a Southern cocktail class on a rooftop to a ride with pro cyclist George Hincapie before feasting at a fall picnic.
It all begins on September 22nd! euphoria opens their 4-day weekend by highlighting Greenville’s own at the first #yeahTHATgreenville Kick-off Party – a tasting event in the Old Cigar Warehouse featuring the Upstate’s extraordinary talent, from chefs, farmers and artisans, to brewers & distillers.

What began in 2006 as a three-day festival highlighting Greenville, SC’s culture, depth of talent and outstanding revitalized downtown, now draws nationally acclaimed chefs, celebrity singers and songwriters, craft brewers, Master Sommeliers and more for a euphoric four-day weekend. Proceeds from euphoria Food, Wine + Music Festival benefit charitable organizations that provide sustenance to those in need, educate through music, and support children in need across the Upstate of South Carolina.
