In this post-holiday lull, Chef John Fleer and I will team up on a fantastic wine dinner at his popular restaurant in downtown Asheville. Rhubarb is garnering more and more accolades as one of the top restaurants in the entire Southeast. It’s the place to be on Thursday evening, January 12th.
Chef John has created an inspired menu for our annual wine dinner together at Rhubarb. The flavor combinations are mouth watering. I’m excited to experience these 5 courses as well as the passed appetizers. In fact, to complement this incredible menu, I have paired 6 wines with it — some of them from prestigious Premier Cru vineyards in Burgundy. Plus, we’ll include a surprise or two.
Once again, Chef Fleer is offering this dinner at a price that is way below its value. The evening is only $90 per person, plus tax and tip. We think you’ll really enjoy these world-class wines paired with this delicious food. Honestly, this will be more like a $200 experience!
