Charlotte – BAKU Restaurant in SouthPark will offer a Mother’s Day Baikingu Brunch on Sunday, May 14, from 11 AM to 3 PM for $36 per person, or $14 for children 12 and younger. In addition to a sushi cart, fresh fruit selection, Poached Cage-Free Eggs with pork belly and yuzu hollandaise, and a house-made dessert selection, the brunch will also include fresh seasonal salad bowls, French Toast with sweet soy syrup, Wild Mushroom & Vegetable Hot Pot, and a selection of entrees all delivered fresh to the table to be enjoyed in the restaurant’s customary shared-plate tradition.
During brunch, guests will be treated to live music from singer and guitarist Gina Tarée.
