Food as Medicine: Power up with Whole Grains and Legumes! Explore the evidence-based research on the health benefits of a plant-based whole foods diet in the prevention of chronic diseases of aging. This session will incorporate plant-based culinary demonstrations, food tastings, and easy healthy recipes provided using whole grains and legumes.
