“Hold Your Horses”
Beverage Director Blake Pope, Kindred
1.75 oz. London Dry Gin
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Manzanilla Sherry
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.75 oz. Muscadine grenadine (homemade)
8-10 mint leaves
Method: Build ingredients in julep cup with mint and small amount of packed ice. Swizzle the ingredients, mint and ice for 10 seconds to chill glass and release mint oils. Top with packed ice and garnish with beautiful mint tops.
