My good friend (Sommelier Kenneth Pace) and I are teaming up to do a first-time event. Kenneth is at Ruth’s Chris in Biltmore Village. I’ve never done a wine dinner there. That will change on Thursday, August 3rd.
Please join us for 5 mouth-watering courses that Kenneth, Chef, and I have personally selected. It’s a fabulous dinner menu that includes scallops, lobster, chicken, and filet of beef.
For my part, I’ve paired 5 incredible wines with Chef’s cuisine. Among the wines are a Premier Cru Chablis, a Premier Cru Gevrey-Chambertin, the personal wine of one of France’s most celebrated winemakers, as well as one of the world’s best dessert wines from the famous Tokaj region.
