Charlotte – From The Asbury: We’re celebrating two summer favorites on Monday night, July 17. Chef Sam Stachon from Highland Avenue Restaurant, Hickory, NC joins us as our collaboratoring chef. You may remember Sam’s name. He went to culinary school here at Johnson & Wales University, and he opened King’s Kitchen with the Noble Restaurant Group. Today, he’s executive chef at Highland Avenue Restaurant in Hickory, one of the hottest dining spots in the NC foothills.
Stanchon and The Asbury’s Chef Matthew Krenz both grew up farming. You’ll find the menu for the evening below. Our bar team will also be creating gin + watermelon libations to complement the menu.
