Leicester – Don’t wait to reserve your seat at the August 24 wine dinner with Addison Farms Vineyards. Chef Anthony has crafted a five-course menu that complements the North Carolina vineyards’ wines. Look forward to enjoying a glass of Smokehouse Red paired with gnocchi short rib Bolognese or the 2013 Mischief, a 100% Tempranillo, paired with Piemonte trout.

A fourth-generation farm in the Sandy Mush community of Leicester, Addison Farms Vineyard began its winemaking venture in 2009. According to owner Jeff Frisbee, “Our winemaking philosophy is simple: Take the best NC fruit and treat it right.”

If you’ve not sampled Addison Farms’ vinos, this is a great opportunity to enjoy them alongside a harmonious pairing of old-world, rustic Italian cuisine. The dinner is August 24 at 7 p.m., and will be held next door (weather permitting) on the rooftop of Chef Anthony’s other restaurant, the Social Lounge. The dinner is $65 (tax and gratuity not included) and limited to 30 guests. Reserve your seat today by calling (828) 348-8448.
