Four Seasons Country Market has opened at 337 7th Ave E, Hendersonville, NC 28792. Locals refer to this as the "old Chicken Shack" location. I stopped in this week to check it out and what I found was an absolutely adorable neighborhood market. Market owners told me they stock local produce and other items when they are in season. Poppies - a "Gourmet Farmers Market" in Brevard, NC has a lot going for it. Their meat and seafood are fantastic. Their bulk selection is extensive. And their deli and bakery departments are something special. My friend and I stopped at Poppies to put up a Small Plate Crawl flyer this past week. One look at the deli and I needed a little lunch!
