PIC and I stopped for breakfast at the Arden Cracker Barrel this morning before taking care of some errands at the Target Shopping Center.On either side of the Barrel's front door were fresh-looking plantings of Cabbage (I think) and Pansies. Update: Rocky's has closed Back in February of this year, I noticed (and wrote about) a new eatery that had opened at 2603 Hendersonville Rd in this "New - Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, Arden article". The Nut Truck is Back!
You know it's Fall when the nut truck shows up at the intersection of Airport Rd and US 25 (Map) near Fletcher/Arden. Normally, they're parked here from the first week in October until just before Christmas (Dec 23rd this year?). Lots of different kinds of nuts are sold out of the truck. Although some of the nuts are from other sources, most are from the Suttles Nut Farm of Laurens, SC.
