They have changed management and fired their executive chef leaving the cooking to the previous kitchen help. The menu has been down sized and downgraded to keep it within the new kitchen staffs level. Prices are very high and it's al ala carte so the check climbs quickly. A steak, salad and glass of wine will set you back nearly $50. I'll go to Ruths Chris for the few extra dollars. Even the pasta dishes are near $20 and don't include salad. The service is spotty at best and downright haughty at worse with under experienced servers trying to act like 5 star players. Either because they don't know how to order supplies or because their business has dropped off so drastically they are always running out of things. Your current reveiw is going to lead people into a situation that they will not be expecting which is good for the Quarry but not good for your readers, or your reputation. They no longer serve lunch. Dinner is from 5-9. It seems they are trying to make up for their declining business by raising prices, reducing quality and cutting corners wherever they can. Not a good recipe for happy customers. We used to love the Quarry even if the food prices were a tad high for such a small town but it has gone so far downhill that we won't go back.
