FIG Bistro is once again teaming up with Steve Pignatiello of P.Comms International to bring you a special evening of food, wine, and fellowship.
The FIG culinary team has been planning this event with Steve for some weeks now and the result is an extraordinary balance of flavor.
We’re so excited about the third course, that I’m spoiling the surprise – two wines, a red and a white, to demonstrate how different wines can affect the flavors of the dish. This will be a truly special evening.
