Chef Jesse Roque offers over 25 items on Never Blue’s culinary buffet.
Chef Jesse Roque unveiled her Thanksgiving buffet for her downtown restaurant, The Never Blue on Main, just two weeks ago and the seats are filling up fast. With only four seatings – 11:00, 1:00, 3: 00 and 5:00, Chef Roque wanted to make the experience enjoyable for those attending, yet broad enough to accommodate differing schedules. In addition to her signature items of Clove Roasted-Pineapple Glazed Ham and Fried Turkey, Roque will provide an array of salads, traditional Thanksgiving sides and her typical spin on a few favorites: Sauteed Kale with Curried Walnuts and Pomegranate Molasses and the Pumpkin Toffee Croissant Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce.
