Independent coffee shop and café, Sola Coffee Cafe, announces the addition of a Toast Bar to their menu. Artisanal bread with a variety of delicious toppings is a great paring with Counter Culture organic coffees and other creative food offerings. Bread options and toppings will be rotated based upon seasonality and deliciousness. Initially, there are three bread offerings, from baguette to challah to 9 Grain. Toppings range from fresh peaches, green apple, goat or gruyere cheese. The café favorite thus far is a 9 Grain bread topped with Big Spoon almond butter, Sola Granola and Vintage Bee Cinnamon honey with a pinch of Malden salt. Each offering can be served on Gluten Free Bread.
Stop by Monday thru Saturday to taste an old favorite dressed to impress.
