Guests will be treated to a one of a kind experience with Chef Hollie West, winner of the 2015 Asheville Wine and Food Festival’s Chef Challenge and owner of Sweet Monkey Cafe and Bakery in Marshall, NC. Chef Hollie’s inspiration goes from Maui to Marshall. She enjoys the Asian and Latin flavors of her roots and is already working on a locally inspired and creatively crafted menu for our Dinner in the Vines, plus Hollie has a surprise for us with a special guest chef from Savannah. With seating limited to 40 guests, get your tickets early so you will not miss out!
