Guests old and new can enjoy specialties including Prosciutto-Wrapped Chilean Sea Bass or a Cajun-Rubbed 9-ounce Filet Mignon. Each dish will perfectly pair with a unique Grey Goose-based cocktail creatively crafted by The Palm’s beverage team.
