After a careful search, the Asheville Art Museum announces their café partner Food Experience, a local, community-minded catering company dedicated to all things Asheville.

Tony Franco (pictured, left) and Matthew Macon (pictured, right) have run the full-service catering company Food Experience in Asheville for 12 years. Now, they bring their culinary talents behind the counter at Perspective Café, the Museum’s rooftop eatery, set to open along with the Museum this fall.

Perspective Café will keep the same hours as the Museum, including late evenings on Thursdays—open until 9pm—perfect for catching sunsets and cocktails!

“Our goal is to curate a menu to meet many different dining perspectives, from a sweet sticky bun and coffee in the morning, to a comforting bowl of soup at lunch, to champagne and charcuterie at sunset.” ~ Matthew Macon, Food Experience
